The Press Enterprise called these allegations “false” further explaining that “Calvert didn’t do” what Rollins suggests.
As mentioned in a recent article, “the House Ethics Committee in 2007 cleared Calvert of any potential wrongdoing.”
Rollins doesn’t want you to know the truth: Ken Calvert opposes a federal abortion ban.
Ken Calvert has repeatedly said he does NOT support a national abortion ban. Calvert believes abortion polices should be decided by the states. He supports providing access to IVF treatments for women.
The Press Enterprise called out Rollins for misleading the public on Calvert’s position on abortion rights. They said its “sleazy to deliberately mislead the public” and that “this editorial board has interviewed all of these Republican candidates [including Ken Calvert]. Not one of them voiced support for a federal ban on abortion.”

A judge issued a court order striking down both of the job titles Democrat Will Rollins wanted printed on ballots next to his name, calling them “misleading” and “confusing” to voters.
The court found that, “There is no evidence before the Court that Rollins’ current principal profession can be accurately described as ‘counterterrorism attorney’” and that “the designation of ‘counterterrorism attorney’ and ‘counterterrorism advisor’ would be confusing or misleading to the voters, and therefore are not permissible ballot designations pursuant to Elections Code section 13107.”
An investigation by the Free Beacon found despite Will Rollins touting his law and order background, Rollins “found he repeatedly made lenient plea deals” with dangerous criminals.

Despite claiming he lives in the 41st Congressional District, Democrat Will Rollins stated in notarized documents that his primary residence is a multimillion dollar beach house in Hermosa Beach he owns along with his partner.
In fact, Rollins is a lifelong Los Angeles County resident. Rollins has never lived in Riverside County. Rollins has never worked in Riverside County. Rollins has never paid taxes in Riverside County.

An independent investigation into Will Rollins’ legal career “found Rollins has greatly exaggerated his record as an assistant U.S. attorney.”
A central theme in his television ad is Rollins’ claim that he took on the Sinaloa Cartel and ISIS…“but there’s no available evidence that Rollins had any role in fighting the Sinaloa Cartel or ISIS.” Rollins has declined to share any evidence backing up his claims.
